David Coleman: Is September too soon to send our four year old to school?

In Montessori four is not too young as we follow the child and support them along their individual learning path but in mainstream they all have to go forward as a cohort and often face being left behind and confused. I really think we need to stop pressurising children at such a young age – give summer born children a chance.
